Website and mod terms
Multibonk is a free, unofficial community mod. These terms explain the website and support service; the mod’s open-source license remains the MIT License.
Operator and scope
This project is operated by TeamAvi (maintainer: AvinadavCoh), Israel. Contact the maintainer through the site form. MegaBonk, Steam, MelonLoader, Thunderstore and other third-party products are operated separately. Nothing here represents their approval or endorsement.
Mod license and requirements
The mod code is supplied under its MIT License, including its copyright, permission, warranty and liability provisions. These website terms do not replace that license or remove permissions it grants. Game assets, character designs, fonts and third-party components retain their respective rights and licenses. Our branding is original AI-generated fan illustration, not official game art.
You need a lawfully obtained compatible game and the separately installed loader. Back up your saves before installing. Follow the published release requirements and known issues; compatibility, uninterrupted operation and preservation of saves are not guaranteed. The current public executable is v0.2.5 / protocol 111, even where a newer package updates branding or documentation.
Multiplayer and safety
Use hosts you trust. The released mod shares a name derived from your Windows account username with the party, exposes connecting network addresses to the host, and writes connection/session information to local logs. Do not expose the development control socket to the internet. Do not use the mod to harass others, access systems without permission or disrupt services.
Reports and privacy
Support is voluntary, with no guaranteed response time, fix or service level. You retain rights in your report content and allow us to use it as needed to investigate, reply and maintain the project. Do not submit material you lack permission to share. We do not publish private reports merely because you submitted them; public GitHub issues are a separate action. Data processing is described in the privacy notice.
Availability and responsibility
The website and support service are offered as available. Downloads and external links may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no additional warranty is given and the project disclaims liability for loss arising from the website or support service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The MIT License governs the mod’s own warranty and liability terms.
Updates and disputes
These terms may change prospectively when the service changes. Continued use does not waive statutory rights or grant retrospective consent to new data uses. Contact us first about a problem; any applicable mandatory law, consumer protection and right to bring a claim in a competent court remains unaffected.
